Single Arm OH Walking Lunge (3×16)

8 steps per arm (16 total steps per set)
Tempo: 20×1

AMRAP 12 (AMRAP – Reps)

Shuttle Run Burpee Box jump
Box will be in the middle of the room. Start at one wall run to the box burpee and then box jump over. Touch the opposite wall. That is one rep.
