3 x 20 Box Jumps

4 x 20 Push ups

5 x 5 Ring Dips

6 x 15 Sit Ups

7 x 10 Bar (C & Ds)

8 x 10 Burpees

9 x 1 wall walk

10 x 10 Mad Russians

If you are done with extra time to spare DU practice.
